Must live within 100 miles of Fort Madison IA.
Must live within 50 miles of Des Moines IA.
Must live within 100 miles of Evansdale IA.

  • Average Annual Gross Pay: $87,000
  • Top 10% of fleet average above $98,000
  • Average Weekly Gross Pay: $1,650-$1,700
  • Top 10% of fleet average above $1,900
  • New drivers Average Weekly Gross Pay: $1,350-1,400 for the first 2-4 months depending on their development and ability


  • Required Schedules: Thurs – Mon (Off Tues/Wed) or Fri – Tues (Off Wed/Thur)
  • No exceptions – see Iowa Regional JBI for other schedules if needed
  • Will I get home during the work week?
  • NOT guaranteed – However, if you are low on hours near your home, you are welcome to stop there for your 10 hour break
  • Drivers can select their start time as long as it remains consistent from week to week


  • Uniform and Hazmat Certification is required within 90 days of hire
  • Hazmat Certification can be reimbursed upon proof/receipts
  • Production requirement: 1900 miles/week
  • If this requirement is not met drivers will be transferred to the traditional regional intermodal fleet
  • Exceptional drivers can run as much as 2,800 miles per week with 48 hours off
  • Approximately 80% drop/hook and 20% live load/unload
  • 100% of freight is on Intermodal Chassis/Container
  • 5% of freight is Reefer/TCI freight
